Terms of Service

1. Using Reelcutr
You must be at least 13 and able to enter a contract. Keep your account secure and comply with these Terms.
2. Subscriptions, credits & billing
- Plans grant monthly credits and guardrails (duration caps, concurrency).
- Payments are processed by Stripe; taxes may apply.
- Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle per Stripe settings.
- No refunds for used credits; we may offer good-faith credits for outages.
If you cancel within 14 days of a new billing period and have not consumed more than 20% of the included credits, contact us for a prorated refund. Otherwise, service continues until the end of the term.
2.2 Service availability
- We target 99% monthly uptime for app.reelcutr.com. Planned maintenance is announced via in-app notice or email.
- If downtime exceeds 4 cumulative hours in a billing cycle, paid users can request additional credits.
2.1 Monthly credit refill
Plan credits refill once per calendar month at approximately 02:00 Australia/Sydney time on the first day of the month. A safety guard prevents duplicate refills if you log in around the boundary. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
3. Your content
You retain ownership. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content to provide the service.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
5. DMCA & takedowns
If you believe content processed through Reelcutr infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the required DMCA details. We may remove files and suspend repeat infringers.
6. AI-generated content
Outputs can include AI-created captions, crops, and transitions. You are responsible for reviewing AI edits before publishing. Please disclose AI usage if required by the platforms where you post.
7. Availability & changes
We may update features, limits, or pricing. We strive for reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Disclaimers & liability
Service is provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You may cancel anytime via the Billing Portal. We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Australia.
